Our Communication Skills Profile™ is a customized evaluation of your speaking abilities—in interpersonal speech, presentations, media appearances, or on the phone. It diagnoses your level of communication effectiveness as perceived by others, and provides you with an individualized plan for improvement. We’ll analyze your communication style, identifying your strengths and weaknesses and focusing on the following key performance elements, among others:

- Your level of audience rapport and “person-to-person” warmth and empathy
- Monotone vs. vocal variety for listener interest and engagement
- Your “people skills” with subordinates and support personnel
- Your personal and company’s image when only your voice is heard
- Whether your PowerPoint performance is engaging or sedating your listeners
- How good you are at thinking on your feet and handling Q & A
- Your level of effectiveness in media appearances and telephone interviews
- How sympathetic and likeable a communicator you are
- Whether you’re achieving the level of believability and trust you need
We work with you in one of three ways based on your preference: over the phone or by reviewing an audio tape or videotape clip you send us of you “in action.” Whichever method you choose, PSI will prepare a customized written evaluation of what we see and hear. You’ll receive a 4-6 page in-depth written assessment with a plan for improvement. Or you can choose a cassette version of the assessment instead, so you can hear the suggestions for improvement our theater-trained speech coaches will give you.
The cost of the Communication Skills Profile™ is only $350 for a written evaluation, or $395 for the written evaluation plus your customized cassette.
