The PSI Training Method
PSI’s coaching and training method was developed through many years of consulting with business, government, and nonprofit clients by PSI founder and president, Gary Genard, Ph.D., who remains as the company’s principal trainer and coach. Dr. Genard brings thirty-five years of experience to his work in communication skills training as a businessman, consultant, professor of communication, and former professional actor. He is an active member of the National Speakers Association (read his speaker’s profile), and is available as an expert source through Business Wire (Dr. Genard’s expert profile).
Public Speaking International uses theatre-based techniques of performance to help you reduce your anxiety and speak with maximum influence and success. Our coaching, workshops, and speechwriting services have one overriding goal: to foster communication excellence in you, your leadership team, and your workforce. We give you the practical skills you’ll use every day to deliver your critical messages with authenticity and passion—to any audience, in favorable or challenging circumstances.
We customize all of our training and consulting to your goals and objectives. You tell us exactly what you’re looking for in a workshop, seminar, or speech, and that’s what we provide. Our coaching and training uses lectures and demonstrations, simulated sales and presentation situations, customer and audience role-plays, group activities, theater games, storytelling exercises, media role-plays, videotaped performance and critiques, and other simulated practice sessions. We analyze your strengths and weaknesses, then give you the tools you need to speak for results. Each participant at PSI’s coaching and workshops receives a DVD recording of their practice presentations or simulations as part of the training.
Our speechwriters will work closely with you to understand your precise aims and objectives for your speech or prepared remarks. They will help you achieve leadership, clarity, and influence, capturing the power of your ideas and the strength of your convictions. In all of the services PSI offers, we’ll help you develop and deliver your critical messages with presence, power, and persuasiveness. Call us today at (781) 643-2095 for the world-class communications training and speechwriting you need for today’s competitive global marketplace.
